We currently need to be in Iraq. We messed it up and if we leave, it will collapse. Obama realizes this and so does everyone. Thats why we r still there. McCain cant be there forever. Hes got eight years tops.

he has moved to the center after the primaries, he is blundering, and he is doing exactly what every other canindate has ever done before. IF HE WAS NOT BLACK HE WOULD NOT BE HERE IN THIS ELECTION OR IN THE CONVERSATION.
NOW MCCAIN. stop saying he is old its a nuisance and doesnt matter. McCain married into a rich family and did not make his money. He could not have beaten Hilary and his domestic connections are weak. His VP choice was perfect an unknown WOMAN. If he wins she is the highest ranking woman in the land and is the first to hold the position ever. Being an unknown she will have few fiascos and survive the vetting. However he will still play war vet card and it will kill his campaign.

Sarah Palin is so completely unfit for the job. Lets be honest, if Mccain is elected, he is still a 72 year old man with a history of cancer. The likelihood of him being incapacitated or dyeing in office is a very real possibility. And if this woman becomes president, were all screwed.

Hence why it is a phased withdrawal, with some certain forces remaining, and increased diplomacy with neighboring countries used.
Basically, it gets the troops out, while trying to keep stability.

Troop withdrawal, Universal health care, tax cuts to favor the poor and middle class instead of rich, a greater push for schools and energy independence.That's more change than what McCain wants.

And if McCain drops dead, we'll have a president with a bachelor's in journalism, a few years of experience as mayor of a small town and 2 as governor of Alaska, and little interest or knowledge in foreign affairs.

I don't think once I've talked about the Iraq war here, but I personally believe complete withdrawal from the middle east would be a terrible mistake- both Obama and McCain do too. Unlike McCain though, Obama does not want to be there for up to 100 years. We do need military occupation in the middle east.

To say Obama would not be the nominee is just plain untrue.
McCain's age is always brought up because, to be 100% blunt, certain things don't work as well when you're older.
And Obama does stand for change in my opinion.

People who belong to either party THINK FOR THEMSELVES. 3. I think that calling someone "Pro-Family" is stupid and redundant. It's a pointless trait. I have never met a single person who is "Anti-Family," unless they are an 8 year old who ran away from home.

5. Also, don't think that being an "independent" means you automatically have to hate both candidates or else people won't think you're edgy or cool. Every single speach was speaking of what needs to change. You can't honestly sit there and be like "DUURRRRR CHANGE IS DUMB," because EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS COUNTRY IS CURRENTLY IN THE SHITTER. 6. I do not have a single vivid memory of a time in my life when the general public was in favor of what the president was doing. I don't remember Clinton much, but when i began to get involved in politics, we had Bush for 8 fucking years. I have grown up in a country that HATES its leader. That's pretty fucked up. For once, I would like to look to the leader of my goddamn country for hope and good. I don't care what you think about Obama, just think about the fact that NONE OF US KNOW A TIME WHEN WE HAD RESPECT FOR OUR FUCKING COMMANDER IN CHIEF.
7. I don't care if you agree with me, I've discovered that debates are pointless because no one has ever changed their position on anything REGARDLESS of how much evidence one side may have. People are so fucking self-centered that they only care about how smart and great they appear.
