THIS WILL BE A CONTINUING SERIES OF INSTALLMENTS MOSTLY FOR DOUCHEHEADS LIKE BURNINGHAM17 WHO REFUSE TO PLAY THE CAMPAIGN TO LEARN HOW TO PLAY THE GODDAMN GAME

Keep in mind I will be listing SOME but not ALL of the most basic things to keep in mind while playing Gears of War multiplayer (in no particular order)



PART ONE-

Dont Stand Still- If you are in a shotgun fight (or really any other for that matter) and youre standing still while trying to aim, expect a quick and speedy death. Why do people jump around like jackasses so much in Halo? Because they dont want to get hit. Use ducking/dodging from one piece of cover to the next as if it was Halo jumping. If youre going to ever stop moving, make sure you are well hidden in cover or atleast standing behind something.

A Squallian Decree # 4

By order of myself, Founding Father Madmax992, and Lucas, next weekend is officially declared Halo 3 weekend.

Members will play Halo 3 this weekend.

And it will be good.

We will play many many many matches be they ranked or custom.

Get the new maps if you can so we can do those playlists also.

WISH THE ONLY JOYSTICK IN THE HOUSE WASN'T FROM 1990-SOMETHING TOO.

Also, since I'm too lazy to make a comment, my most wanted sequels:

Battlefield 3: I still play and love BF2 and these rumours are just too good.

World in Conflict 2/expansion: They can't just leave us hanging with that ending! Plus, naval battles would kick ass if they find a way to implement them effectively. More units would be welcome and I'm raring to kick me some Chinese ass.

CoD4 Expansion: Cause I'm not getting CoD5 if it's really gonna be WWII again. Plus, new weapons, maps and perks would totally be welcome, as well as more for the SP game.

Project Origin: Sequel to FEAR. Can't wait, these firefights are just fantastic and the AI is some of the best I've played in a while.

And finally, it's not a sequel but Major League Eating: The Game

And Yet It Moves

I was going to post a new and improved list of sequels I wanted to see and when I started to write, I realized a little free online game called And Yet It Moves would top the list. I downloaded this game a while ago for free and I though I'd write a little about it here.

Basically, AYIM is an independent puzzle game that gives you one objective. Get from point A to point B. But what makes this game great is that it gives you the ability to rotate the level 90 degrees in any direction, or shift the point of gravity. Its hard to explain but I'd reccommend it (and its free).

Sequels I Would Kill to See

Wild 9- Originally one of my favorite ps1 games. It seems that the new Bionic Commando remake for next gen consoles feels like a spiritual successor to the whiplashing combat of Wild 9. Unfortunately, the two games have zilch to do with each other...

Shadow of the Colossus- Hands down one of the best video games of all time, if not the best for the playstation 2. Its creativity and elegant simplicity harmonize beautifully with its mysterious atmosphere. Using the power of a 360 or a Ps3, a sequel to this could reach grander and more epic scales than ever thought possible

Dead Rising- Now I know that there is already a confirmed sequel for this, but I just can't wait. I can only pray (along with the rest of the gaming community) that they will have fixed the FRUSTRATING save system for the upcoming game.

Pitball- Another under-the-radar Ps1 game involving intergalactic violent athletics. A next gen version would blow people's minds
