BEST BATMAN EVER?

With all the greats that have wore the mask and pointy ears is the latest unknown the best of all-time? Now I have seen them all Clooney, Val Kilmer, and that wierd one and I believe that Bale is the best. However, Bale has had some things that the others didn't.

One- Begins and Dark Knight look cool and the 1-4 look like Super Hero movies.

Two- Bale has established supports like Morgan Freeman, Michael Caine, Katie Holmes, Aaron Eckhardt, the new Chick, oh her name is Gyllenhall, and Heath Ledger. The old ones had superstars now at the beggings of their careers who were doing BAtman because they could only do Batman.

So who is the best man of bats?

I think legalizing weed really wouldn't make a difference in the drug trade...

I'm indifferent about it but it seems to me, that legalizing weed wouldn't really hurt the serious drug trades that are going on right now. I mean like, everyone has the connections right. Now if the government were to legalize weed, without a doubt the taxes on it would be very very high. So it seems to me, that this would quite possibly increase the amount of illegal marijuana being distributed- now the dealers and their connections have some competition in the true spirit of capitalism: the government, and their shit is legal but more expensive due to the taxes.

So really, it would seem logical to me, if I was distributing, to lower my prices and cut in on the new market. I think it'd come down to cheap weed on the streets on the streets and legal, more costly weed from the government.

Either way I'm indifferent to either side. Probably legalization would be best to decriminalize it and help the economy but it seems silly to me when there are so many more important things to be doing right now.

Honestly, this is going to fucking kill Guitar Hero. I'll make a chart on what makes Guitar Hero fun.

Yeah theres more to Guitar Hero but those are the things that make Guitar Hero stand out from Rock Band. Look at a few of the best songs in the series: Cliffs of Dover, Impulse, Free Bird, Jordan, TTFAF, The Halo Theme, (these are the only ones I can think of right now).

Now what makes these kinds of songs the best in the game? Really its the pants shitting solos that makes me want to do these songs. But songs like these, with the insane guitars and shit could never ever be in a game like Rock Band or Guitar Hero 4. Why? BECAUSE MOST OF THEM DONT HAVE VOCALS OR SHITTY DRUMS RIFFS AND FUCK YOU NEED THOSE INSTRUMENTS FOR A BAND GAME.

WHAT THE FUCK ACTIVISION. YOU REALLY KILLED THE FUCKING FUN OF THE GAME. THE REASON I'D GET GUITAR HERO 3 AND ROCK BAND IS BECAUSE OF THE TOTALLY DIFFERENT STYLE TO PLAY THE GAME. The Legalization Thread

Because Jeremy's post touched on it and brought out some strong responses, I think it's time for a dedicated discussion about legalization.

These are my views about the legalization of marijuana:

PROS:
1. Reduces gang violence and organized crime by taking marijuana out of the black market

2. Gives the government control over what is being distributed, thereby reducing the chance of getting marijuana laced with other, more harmful substances

3. Provides additional tax revenues for the government

4. Frees up the severely overcrowded prisons

5. Medicinal marijuana has shown to be incredibly helpful for some cancer patients to reduce nausea associated with chemotherapy

6. Gives more personal freedom

CONS:

1. Too many goddamn hippies.

Do I personally smoke marijuana, no.  But I do believe that legalization is what is best for our society. 

Euro-Squall

When I was at a rest-stop in Switzerland, I was looking through the energy drink freezer and I found a green powerade. Dubbed "Mango Green," the drink has a pretty self-explanatory flavor that I found rather pleasing. I tried to save the bottle and was planning on bringing the little logo wrapper home but the bottle was pickpocketed out of my shorts in the Sistine Chapel (I know who would take a bottle full of water). I did however, find this image on google, but it isn't nearly as fun without the european football graphics adorning the wrapper and the ingredients in German.

Brainless Zombies

My brother wants to be me. Ever since Sierra he has heard my name and seen my A work, whether its been sports or in class. Now, to keep as cool as he thinks I am, he copies everything I say, the news says, and what the tv says. He doesn't have to fully understand what he has heard but it wil be repeated to make him seem cooler but he will do it just for the effect. Now that is peer pressure. Many of us say we don't sucumb to it but they do. Most of it is fine because it doesn't effect your thinking or your health but then their are the decisions that do. The biggies are Obama and drugs. Now before I go on, a lot of people think me a racist. I am not, I am not bashing Obama, I am bashing how people have come to support him and hate Bush. Now. A lot of you are supporting Obama. You site that he has changes. His policies are better. He craps miracles. Prove it. Do your own research and show me his policies. What he voted on in his senate term. What he believes, what his advisors/people believe. (I can hear you looking for it now.) You have found him from what you have heard from someone else. Someone else has told you he craps gold and now you love him. He has sign that says "change" HOLY SHIT HE MADE A SIGN THATA SAID IT MUST BE WHAT HE BELIEVES, IT MUST BE THE SAME CHANGE I WANT. QUICK SEND HIM MY COLLEGE FUND!!!! Have you read his Universal Health Care Plan? Do you know what Universal Health Care is?

You hate Bush for starting a war which we didn't need to be in. Did you know we got false intelligence from Germany? England? You can list all the reasons you hate Bush but there have been worse. You don't put events in Facebook honoring the day he leaves office. You are just letting your ignorance run wild and ruining life for teenagers who are victims of it and get labeled ignorant unrightfully so.

Then with drugs. A lot say that what everyone says are lies and that marijuana harmless. But that they will try it once and never do it again and never sucumb to peer pressure. By doing it once and saying that its not dangerous, isn't that already giving into peer pressure? Couldn't you find something better to do that was just as much fun and not currently illegal? One of my friends just got out of jail three months ago for ex and gun pssesion after beating up a guy at exotic life pet store in Chatsworth and it was his second strike and his life went downhill after trying weed once and finding an unloaded gun with one still in the chamber and shooting his girlfriend in the foot and calling her father laughing. He rushed over to the house where she wasn't supposed to be and they both had come down and had no clue what had happened and said it was attemtped murder but it was assualt and he went to jail. It only takes one.
