CHARLENE and Milk Trailer
I posted this in the 2008 movies post a while back. This trailer reminded me of the There Will Be Blood one, with the music and all (click click click), but both are really great. Sean Penn sent shivers down my spine. Anyways I'm looking forward to this.

Hot damn that looks like a great film (this is my initial reaction, not a mockery of Sean).
And I think we can all agree that this anti-homosexual nonsense is well, just that.
Hopefully other states will follow the example of California and whichever other state allows homosexual marriage and lead us out of this medieval way of thought.

What's interesting about this whole thing is that this was the very beginning of me "losing Jesus" (like one would say they "found Jesus, but the opposite"). That is to say, the beginning of my path to a smarter, more tolerant, atheist me.

And there's not much to get. Chris used to be anti-gay. (For example, I can recall a conversation at AC Stelle during which he explained to me how homosexuality is a mutation, so gays are mutants.)
I DON'T WANT A REMINDER OF THAT.
I WANT TO STUFF IT IN A CHEST (I DON'T MEAN A BOX) AND DROP IT INTO THE DEEPEST FISSURE OF ALL THE OCEANS.
And to think I tried to apply scientific logic to Abrahamic religion...
