"We're all looking for that Special Someone"

WOW Microsoft at E3 blew me away. alright...

-The band at the beginning that played the halo theme FUCKING ROCKED. They were actually a really talented group of people! I was rocking out to it in my underwear watching the tv. Peter Moore really had some great points about the 360's abundance of third party developers and how the xbox has such a wide variety of good things to enjoy. The Rock Band segment was great and we finally got to see the finished Drum portion. I loved it when he accidentally paused the game and the band was like "Wait wtf?" I also loved his Spinal Tap reference haha "Let's turn it up to 11"
-The preview for the rest of the games this year showed some top notch footage.
[NOTE TO THE JOKERS OVER AT GLOBALOLIZATION: It sounds like a miniscule amount of people are clapping because they dont mike the fucking audience. What we hear of the audience is whatever gets picked up by the main stage mikes and the personal mikes. That's what they want to broadcast.]
-I have decided that Jeff Bell is the whitest man on the planet. The new games for the Live Arcade look really cool, some look really quirky and inventive. I LOOOVE that they include Golden Axe, one of my FAVORITE genesis/arcade games. The immense mech game War World looks really cool. 100 singleplayer levels and a huge multiplayer.
-The Sceneit controllers are no way a "response" to the Wii. Just as Nintendo is reminding people that they can appeal to hardcore gamers, Microsoft is doing the inverse with casual family gamers with a popular board game. The controllers are simply for that single game and just to make things easier for the whole family. The Wii is not the ONLY system that is allowed to appeal to families and other consoles that have ideas such as this are not trying to copy off of the wii. I won't buy it, but someone will. They are not "scared by the Wii" and they aren't trying to match up with it for gods sakes. Get over yourselves, nintendo fans.
-The Gears for Windows segment looked insane. I'm surprised they arent just taking the new content and making Gears 2 with it! 5 new chapters!?!? Thats like, an entirely new act! Plus, you get to finally fight the legendary brumak. Footage was tight. Also, loads of new multiplayer maps. I'm going to buy this game, and I URGE all of those who have Gears for the 360 to. It's an entirely new game, what with all that new material! But you should be able to download it onto the 360 version, says Gaspin. I'll have to look into that.
-Call of Duty 4 looks great as was expected. Fans are flooding the forums with requests for the release of the 360 beta. Hopefully it'll come soon.
-Splinter Cell Conviction, finally got to see some footage for that
-Not much new about the news for GTAIV, but we did learn that the ingame sequences from the latest trailer were shot from a 360 console.
-Yay for Devil May Cry 4, Dynasty Warriors Gundam, Beautiful Katamari, Blue Dragon, I WANT MORE BIOSHOCK!!!! SO DELICIOUS!!!! The Virtua Fighter 5 looks neat because there is online...
-RESIDENT EVIL 5 LOOKS SO FUCKING GOOD
-Assasin's Creed demo had gameplay that made me drool. Of course they'll fix the bugs. The girl narrating cracked me up. *character is surrounded by soldiers* "Uh, okay, this right here is a trap... mkay?" Fighting gameplay looks fresh and amazing.
-Lots of Halo hype. The end trailer was surreal. Great singleplayer graphics. That is shaping up to be AMAZINGLY EPIC and I have no doubt it will live up to its hype.

WHOO BOY. Now time to watch the Sony Conference.
